Landing Page
Upon logging into Stella, the landing page shows the New Report prompt at the top.
Below that is a summary list of reports showing:
- the report status,
- the time of the last activity on the report (i.e. length of time from last chat or generation of the report), and
- the number of reports available for that query (for scheduled reports).
Profile
The Profile page is available at https://askstella.com/landing/profile. You can also access it by clicking the user icon in the top-right navigation.
Within the Profile page, you will find:
- the email address on record
- the Subscription Status of the account
- the connect Property Management System integration Stella is using to pull data for your reports
Wait—how do I change my password?
Stella does not store passwords. Instead, the Stella account creation and login process relies on secure magic‑link emails or third‑party authentication via your LinkedIn account.
