The following data categories can be imported from Yardi into Stella.

| Unit Name | Display name for the unit |
| Unit Type | Unit classification (e.g., 1BR, 2BR) |
| Rental Type | Type of rental arrangement |
| Type ID | Internal type identifier |
| Bedrooms | Number of bedrooms |
| Bathrooms | Number of bathrooms |
| Min Square Feet | Minimum square footage |
| Max Square Feet | Maximum square footage |
| Market Rent | Listed market rent |
| Status | Occupancy/economic status (e.g., vacant, occupied) |
| Floorplan Name | Associated floorplan |
| Available Date | Date the unit becomes available |
