What is the Waitlist?
The Waitlist applies to any free account that is not yet set up with a subscription and a production environment. Reports cannot be generated from your connected Property Management System (PMS) data until you move off the Waitlist.
Getting off the Waitlist
To move off the Waitlist and get your reports into production, click the “Talk to a Human to Move Up” button on your Profile page. This opens a chat to schedule a meeting with the Stella Support team to set up your subscription.
