Get started with your first report query
Once you have defined a Report with the Stella AI chat, reviewed the preview and frequency, and clicked the "I Love It" button, you’re ready to connect your property management system data to Stella.
Data Connection Process
To generate your report, we need access to your data. Please book a meeting with us to connect your data to Stella by clicking on the "Connect Data" button in the Stella AI chat or on your account's Reports page.
- Choose a date and time that is convenient for you and/or your team.
- Provide your contact information and, optionally, invite up to 10 team members to join the meeting.
- Click the "Confirm" button to book your meeting.
What to expect during the meeting
During the meeting, we'll guide you through:
- Creating a UI Login
- Set up user account(s) for our team in your property management software with READ access limited to the modules required for your reports..
- Generating API Credentials
- Obtain API credentials with READ access limited to the APIs required for your reports.
- Answering Your Questions
- Bring your questions about Stella and our process and we'll be happy to address them.
Important
Please ensure that someone attending the meeting can provision UI logins and API credentials within your property management software.For security, please do not email or paste credentials into chat. We will collect them securely during the meeting or via approved secure channels.
