Stella PMS Connect: MRI Integration

How do I connect the MRI Property Management System to Stella?

These steps must be completed by a user with admin-level permissions.

Note

These steps do not need to be completed before using Stella.

This process will be part of the meeting with one of Stella's human team members who will provide real-time guidance to ensure the connection is completed correctly to Stella's requirements.

Connecting MRI

  1. Navigate to the login portal by clicking on the MyMRI Portal button

  2. Login to the MRI account

  3. Create a new support case to "authorize a new web services user" to access MRI API endpoint such as Properties, Leases, Customers, Units, Charges, Payments, and other supported models.

    This should be done by an admin-level user for your organization to eliminate the extra steps of having MRI support seek approval from an authorized individual.

  4. Once a new user has been created, the MRI support team will provide the following information to complete the integration:

    • Web Services User ID
    • Web Services Password
    • Client Database Name
    • Client ID
    • MRI Version
    • API URL

    This information will need to be provided to the Stella team to initiate the connection between Stella and your MRI data.
