Once logged into the Stella account, a chat prompt is displayed to start the process of generating your report.
In plain, simple language, define the parameters of the report you wish to see.
Stella will start by asking what business problem or question you want to solve with the property management data. This could be things like leasing activity, rent collections, maintenance requests, occupancy, and more.
Stella will then put together an example of a report table for review.
You can further refine what columns you want to appear in the report, the time frame and properties to be include, and how often you want the report to be delivered.
Once the columns have been set, Stella will help identify which data comes straight from your Property Management System (PMS) and which might require some calculation.
Once you are satisfied with the report and its frequency, click the "I love it" button to submit the report and prompt the next step: PMS data connection.
Help! The "I Love It" button hasn't shown up to accept the report!
On occasion, Stella mistakes a simple report query as being incomplete.
To rectify this misunderstanding, ask Stella to "Display an example of the report based on the query".
A report table will be displayed for your review and the chat will advance to the point where the query can be accepted by clicking the "I Love It" button.
Good to know
Chats are automatically saved as "Draft" so you can continue at a future point without losing your current work. Simply click the line tiem in your Reports list to continue where you left off.
